Event Information

Packet pick up is on Friday, May 19th from 2-8PM - location to be determined
We STRONGLY recommend that you pick up your packet on Friday to avoid long lines the day of the event.
Same day registration and packet pick up will begin at 7AM on May 20th at Minnetonka Middle School West
We will also be selling extra color packets, sunglasses and bandannas until supplies run out, so make sure to bring cash, credit card or check if you are interested in purchasing these items.

Limited parking will be available at Minnetonka Middle School West. If the parking lot is full, there is parking available across the street at the Walgreens parking lot, or on the streets surrounding the event. Note: If you are parking at the Walgreens parking lot, Please make sure to use the cross walk on 41 to cross over to the school. There is a button that you will be able to push that will turn the signal lights on to alert drivers that you will be crossing the street.

8 AM - line up begins, announcements and pre race stretches.
8:30 AM - First wave starts. This is for participants who plan to run the whole event
8:38 AM - Second wave starts. This is for participants who will be running some of the route, and walking some of the route
8:46 AM - Third Wave starts. This is for participants who plan to walk the route, or who may have little ones who are going to dictate your pace.
9:00 AM - Color blast party begins. Join our DJ and have some fun dancing and being blasted by vibrant color! Color blasts will happen every 15 minutes up to 10:30.

Please keep in mind that we will be running through the streets of Excelsior and Chanhassen. Most of the route will be through neighborhoods. Please be respectful and stay off of peoples property. We will have course marshals and signs along the course to direct you along the way. None of the streets on the course will be closed, so please be aware of cars that may be on the route. Try to stay on the path / sidewalk as much as possible.
Just a reminder to bring towels or garbage bags to put in your car so that the color does not get all over your car. Also, if you plan to take photos on your phone, a baggie is a good idea so that the color does not get in your phone.
